Has anyone taken Sea Kelp to speed up hair growth?

Okay so my hair seems to of been at its current length for some time now.

I've heard about Sea Kelp tablets from health food shops & how they can help/speed up hair growth, I was wondering if anyone here has taken these & seen a difference in their hair?

I've also heard about the shampoos that claim to do the same thing, but I just can't see how a shampoo can do this!

Ooh no idea but marking place. My hair just stops growing at shoulder length. Nothing to do with bleach highlights and a ghd addiction...

It definitely improves hair quality, texture and general condition. I've been taking it for about 9 months. Went to hair dresser recently who said she hadn't seen in such great condition for months! Must be doing something!

I bought the FAST hair growth shampoo currently advertised (amazon £24.99 for shampoo and conditioner)..not sure if it is actually doing anything but my hair is growing nicely and I feel like I am helping it along so that is good, right?

Me! I've taken it since I had my waist length hair cut to a chin length bob.

Dh called me bob in that exaggerated blackadder way for months.

I use solgar kelp because its one a day, holland and Barrett was 3 a day. I take solgar MSM and whichever brewers yeast is cheapest too.
