The fact they are Hush Puppies instantly has antenna quivering

Nombrechanger Sun 07-Apr-13 22:36:12

I like them!!

peggotty Sun 07-Apr-13 22:37:17

I've gone off wedges tbh. I've been scarred by my experiences with Fly London.

ToastedTeacakes Sun 07-Apr-13 22:37:55

I'm frightened of the floral ones!

But your choice looks fine. Great with jeans.

CointreauVersial Sun 07-Apr-13 22:38:07

I quite like them too.

Hush Puppies = chance of them actually being comfortable.

At least they aren't Hotter.

OneLittleLady Sun 07-Apr-13 22:40:16

I like them. I even like the floral ones to be honest

moondog Sun 07-Apr-13 22:42:04

I've got a pair of Hasbeens which I love and want a pair of 70s style clogs/sandals. I'm afraid of veering wildly off course into Hotter territory.

Throughgrittedteeth Sun 07-Apr-13 22:52:28

Oh I like the floral ones! Your ones are nice too smile a nice neutral colour.

Startail Sun 07-Apr-13 22:57:56

Too high for me, I fear. Pity because they are probably comfortable and not to frumpy.

Corygal Sun 07-Apr-13 23:03:37

The black ones are rather sharp, as it happens. Pink = fraightful.

Allthingspretty Mon 08-Apr-13 00:57:15

I think the denim ones are nice but that shade of pink reminds me of per una clothes.

VerySmallSqueak Mon 08-Apr-13 00:59:57

Like the floral ones.

MissBeehivingUnderTheMistletoe Mon 08-Apr-13 07:18:55

They're not my thang Moony but I do like them.

Cybbo Mon 08-Apr-13 08:03:33

I like the shape not the texture

I don think I've ever commented on a shoe's texture before

Cybbo Mon 08-Apr-13 08:04:46

Actually it's the colour.

Ooh, comfy, decent-looking summer shoes. Been looking for those for ages, though I think they may be a shade too high for a proper five mile sightseeing day.

But I don't want to have to buy them while it's still bloody snowing. I want to buy them in June, by which time only the pink ones will be left.

MrsBucketxx Mon 08-Apr-13 08:26:33

I like them too high for me but really nice.

whoknowswho Mon 08-Apr-13 08:37:33

Groovy I think!

ForFoxsGlacierMints Mon 08-Apr-13 08:46:50

I was really worried when the title included the word 'groovy' but they're surprisingly ok. Agree though that they're a bit 'per una' coloured!

MandragoraWurzelstock Mon 08-Apr-13 09:15:34

lilac shock

oh that's bad, sorry

moondog Mon 08-Apr-13 09:17:02

The 'groovy' is tongue in cheek.
I fear you are right.
The texture.
The colour
Oh dear.
It's a slippery slope to a hankerchief skirt with matching waistcoat, flicky hair and statement jewellery.

sweetiepie1979 Mon 08-Apr-13 09:37:48

Oh dear sorry I don't like them

AmberNectarine Mon 08-Apr-13 10:05:20

Not for me I'm afraid. Denim just about tolerable in an ironic 70s way.
