I love knee length denim skirts but I think (unless you have a tan) they're really hard to get right! In my head I know they should look good with boots but I nearly always end up putting it back in the wardrobe and putting my jeans on instead...

I was thinking similar Gwennie. I'm no style expert (I usually hang around S&B to get advice rather than give it) but personally I quite like the shoes, but think the skirt is, well, mumsy.

I prefer more of an A-line when it comes to denim - as much for comfort as anything else.

The problem here is the skirt. I think the only way a knee length denim skirt will work is worn thusly:

lol ye are all funny. i love it. i think the pigeon toe cutesy thing is cute but if i try it i look like a hunch back.
as for dressing the same as my 10 yr old daughter, i think idnrather be mumsy. id get banned from mums and tots if i dressed like that lol.
