Skinny jeans

Im on the lookout for a new pair of COMFY skinny jeans. Im a size 10-12 and have a newborn and 2 year old, so spend a lot of time on the floor playing. I have found some skinny jeans don't have enough Lycra round the knees and pinch / feel like they're cutting off circulation when I kneel in them. Also some pairs I've had done come up high enough and keep showing muffin top and love handles. My normal sources would be topshop, Zara etc but I'd be happy to spend up to £100 on lee or Levi for a great fit. Any tips would be most welcome!

Primark ones are great! Honestly best there is ... but if you want something to hide your tummy try next high waisted super skinny jeans. They are very slimming!

M&S jeggings are more like jeans than leggings. I have some dark ones and live in them.

Uniqlo are the way forward. Lots of stretch, don't go baggy at the knees, don't fade much. Lots of colours. Relatively cheap. (I'm also a 10-12)

And they have a free hemming service if you need them taken up, at the Oxford Street store. At least they did last time i was there. (Assuming you are in crouch end)

Goldsign are the best, have a look at the Donna Ida sale. I think there's a few skinny pairs (different brands including Goldsign) for your budget.

It depends on your shape with jeans - for example, goldsign do nothing for me - I much prefer J Brand for premium.

But for everyday crawling round the floor River Island Amelie are great - decent rise and comfy. But I'm more of an apple shape so if you're a pear the cherry jeans from Oasis are good.

I am not a Boden kinda girl. But I just bought a pair of their skinnies after a recommendation and am pretty impressed. What I like in particular is that they are high rise, not high waisted. So they contain the muffin top without the 70s high waisted look. I tried the gap high waisted and I truly looked like a granny.

Thanks everyone, this has really helped! Decided to get a pair of primary ones to fit my current just-gave-birth size, and then splash out on some more spenny jeans when I am back in shape. Thanks again.

Is it acceptable to roll the legs up a bit if wearing heels? or is that wrong now?

Gap high rise Skinnies are brilliant and come up very high. Definitely the most flattering jeans I've tried. Size down though.
