So I have £65 in Next vouchers...

...this is a combo of Christmas vouchers and birthday money from August. I haven't spent them yet because I'm pregnant (36 weeks now). I didn't really want to spend them on maternity stuff (I inherited loads!) so have been mulling over spending them.

I still don't see the point in buying clothes because it'll be so long before they fit, plus the quality ain't what it used to be. I really don't need any more accessories!

I was considering buying either new trainers - I luff these converse either the plum or the grey. I could buy a babyliss big hair for £45. Would that be useful with a newborn baby or too much faff?! Alternatively I could splurge and buy both and make up the difference.

What do you think?

I'm wearing Converse now and I did my hair with a BBH this morning, so I vote both!

YY to the Converse, they are so versatile.

Shoes, defo. Colourful Converse will be practical, get used loads, and cheer you up. Of course that depends on it ever being Spring ever again.

Well my giant swollen feet don't fit in my boots anyway so I've been in trainers but the ones I've been wearing are looking worn. I kind of figure the plum will work with almost everything (and its my favourite colour). I've had converse before and loved them.

I am seriously thinking I might buy both. We give ourselves 'play money' each month and I've hardly spent any in the last couple of months!

Converse would be perfect and they have diabolically adorable baby clothes in the small sizes .

I'd go for the Converse, I have got a BBH and I don't think it's all that tbh.

Since it's gift money you should treat yourself... But just in case you're having difficulty spending the vouchers... Since having a baby I discovered that their baby clothes are much better quality than their womenswear, and the baby clothes were better sized for us than from some other stores too.

I did buy some gorgeous baby grows in the sale at Christmas. I agree they seem much better quality than the adult stuff! Maybe I'll just order the shoes for now. The vouchers don't run out for a while.

The baby stuff is nice. If you'll wear Converse a lot get them, but I got sick of having the same shoes as everybody else at baby groups and stopped wearing mine!
