What could I wear with this maternity dress day at the races

Going to Cheltenham races in a few weeks - client hospitality.
6 months pregnant.
Got this dress

Struggling a bit with shoes / accessories need ideas - am not sure what colours work well with navy blue.
Any ideas?

For that particular shade (well, as it appears in the photo), I'd probably mix up a tan and either a hot pink, a lime green or a strong yellow. (i.e. one 'bright' to fit in with the new season and the remainder 'neutral/classic' to tone it down enough to work in a business setting).

Doesn't have to be a 'bag/shoes/hat' combination either - you could go for a standout necklace (think Lanvin/Marni-esque) and keep the rest to a tan or similar either.

Thanks that all sounds great - I will start looking for a necklace or similar - going to struggle with shoes a bit I think - I have some purply/ pink ones that old be great with it for summery event, and some blue lk Bennett courts which would be fine but are too high for my pregnant state to wear for a whole day...
Would be happy to buy tan shoes but again challenge might be I Will want something lower than normal..
My mum has offered to lend me a camel coat - which might be good as unfortunately a coat is rather an essential item at this one!

Anyone got any shoe ideas?

Oh and may as well add-"not planning on wearing a hat
