My best find recently was a white reiss blazer reduced from £195 to £20. Was hidden amongst some dodgy costs so was even happier with my discovery.

Good spot, sleep - do you mind sharing which branch?

I find they vary a lot from branch to branch. My local, in Oxford, is great IMO and I got some great bargains. In my home town though it was rubbish, full of tacky looking stuff and not even that cheap.

TKMaxx, are you listening to me? The Bristol branch is awful! Dire! Dreadful! Sort it out! Bring in the high-end stuff, there are loads of fashionistas in Bristol and all you've got are the last chicken in the shop handbags and endless acrylic jumpers from defunct brands.

Rant. Over.

Has anyone ever found anything decent in the Nottingham one?

The one time I went to the Cheltenham one there was loads of great stuff.

Maybe I don't dress like my fellow Nottinghamians I hope not

TKMaxx used to do some really nice plus size stuff, had it's own little section and everyfink, but they stopped it and now just have the odd scratty item tucked on the "fat" end of the normal rails and I am not happy!

I agree about the nottingham one being bad, but I reckon it always has been.

Best one is Scunthorpe (who'd thought it) closely followed by Newark. Lincoln used to be good but is now full of polyester tat.

I saw that Orla Kiely bedding & knew it was a good buy, but I didn't like it that much so I let it go.

Ours had the brownish grey crinkly looking leaves and the coloured ones. Check in the boxes as both looked the same, but managed to get the multicoloured one Smile

There are fantastic bargains in the Gracechurch St branch near Monument station in the City.. Stella, Miu Miu, loads of See by Chloe...not dirt cheap but hundreds off. Unfortunately for me they are mostly size 8 and 10. Also some Denim and Supply by Ralph Lauren parkas. Downside is I don't think it is open at weekends as this is heart of the City of London

I got a Moschino dark blue smart flare top for 20 quid - brillo. In a 14.

I am on the sniff for some 600 Thread count pillowcases - I had no idea they cost a hundred quid a pair everywhere else.
