Yuk spotty back

Usually dry skinned but seem to have developed a spotty back and no idea how to get rid of them! Tried a body scrub but no joy, help please!

If you use hair conditioner make sure it is washed off your skin as it will sit on top just like it does in hair

Get your GP to have a look if it's bothering you. Could be acne, could be a dermatitis, or a folliculitis, all easy to treat, so no harm to check. You can't really see your own back properly anyway, you need someone to look for you.
