Can I get my hair back to highlighted after dyeing it?

So my natural hair colour is 'mousey brown' ?? but for the last few years it has been highlighted with a mixture of very light and darker, warmer blondes. In a moment of madness I dyed it brown all over - just a bit darker than my natural colour.

Predictably, I now want it blonde again - is this going to be very difficult and/or expensive to do? It was dyed about three months ago.

i've never had a problem, i think as long as they bleach the hair again it can be done - though i used semi-perm but dont't think it matters
