HelgatheHairy It's the softest, loveliest smelling bag!!
I have a couple of soft mulberry bags but this one is so buttery soft.

I bought it about 2 or 3 years ago, way before studs were very trendy.
I say treat yourself. You won't be sorry!!

Btw, if you don't want leather, or don't mind it being artificial leather but a lot cheaper, then you can get the same size bag in black for £52.00
Plus you get another 10% off on your first order.

What do you reckon?

I LOVE that bag with the studs toofattorun. I want it brown and black but I'm not supposed to be buying myself anything coming up to Christmas. All my money has to go on other people.

Jigsaw handbags from eBay. The leather is always lovely buttery soft which looks better with age. I have a growing collection.. wink

Tamisara Tue 27-Nov-12 21:41:28 is not slouchy, but is real leather and under £50. I have to admit having it in red (due to having vouchers & not being able to afford a real leather bag from elsewhere.

I have this bag it is faux leather but very soft, not too big or too small, and strap is adjustable so can be a messanger or short style. I paid £40 not £22 though!! here or this is more of the style above here

doglover Tue 27-Nov-12 21:00:25

The style is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I'm just not sure about the studs on the bottom ........................... Definitely on the list, though! smile Many thanks!
If anyone could find one like this without the studs, that would be AMAZING!

I have this one and it is absolutely gorgeous. The leather is soooo buttery soft.

Or try accessorise, I saw a very nice leather one in there this weekend (I'm in France so it might be different stock)

doglover Tue 27-Nov-12 20:09:23

Thanks, SEPB. I agree, there are some nice ones here but I'm looking for more of a 'battered', casual, slouchy look. I really appreciate your help, though smile

Spoiltexpatbrat Tue 27-Nov-12 20:05:16

try here

My mum has asked for a tan handbag for Christmas, this site has lots of nice ones within budget

doglover Tue 27-Nov-12 19:59:52

Many thanks for the responses. Hobbes8, How funny, I actually have 2 Scaramanga satchels and love them! I really want a SLOUCHY bag, though, rather than a more rigid-style satchel. MadameCholet - I'm desperate to see your links but they're not working for me ..................... Can anyone else help to link them?

nappydaysagain Tue 27-Nov-12 19:51:46

Ooh I like that House of Fraser one

Hobbes8 Tue 27-Nov-12 19:49:48

Scaramanga do nice tan leather satchels for around that price.

Hi, a quick plea from a harrassed mum! Just dashing out to Parents Evening but hope the teatime crowd can provide some help for when I return.

Well, I'm looking for a really buttery-soft leather bag - tote, shoulder or across the body style? My clothing style is White Stuff / Fat Face so the bag does need to be 'casual' - no bling or fussiness. It needs to be large for all my clobber and I'd prefer tan.
I'd love to be able to grab the bag, swing it on and for it to look all squidgy, relaxed and 'vintage' rather than new and shiny.
Unfortunately, my budget is only up to about £50. I'm happy to but from ebay if it as my perfect bag.

Right, must dash back to school - hope to catch up later! TIA.
