Natural photoshoot ideas please

So I've got a breastfeeding (mum and baby) photoshoot booked in after Christmas and want it to look as natural as possible. I've been told to take some 'nice knickers' which I'll need to go buy as I've not exactly needed those for a while, but I was wondering if anyone had any creative ideas for styling etc. I was thinking cotton sarong maybe?

Nice knickers? When you say 'natural' do you mean they're going to be starkers?

There probably will be lots of skin, but only in a mum and baby way, nothing sexy! By natural I meant plain, simple, earthy, muted colours, no bright lippy... Get the idea?
