Long winter cardigan

Hi, I'm looking for a long warm winter cardigan to replace my monsoon sale one that I bought about 5 years ago and has nearly died a death. By long, I mean around knee length, a kind of cardigan coat thing, preferably with pockets and a hood, though I might be willing to consider no hood.
I'm sure there were loads around years ago, but they seem not to be anymore, probably out of fashion!
Can anyone help?
Wish I could knit!
Thanks

Celtic Sheepskin have some nice ones. I got one last year which is beautiful, really thick and soft, vry warm and very long.

White Company are pretty good too, their cashmere is lovely and soft, often to be found in the sale at the end of the season.
