Men in their 40s, where to buy clothes

I tend to do clothes shopping for dh, he doesn't mind me doing it and I don't mind doing it.
Until now, Next was usually the default shop, but their quality these days is atrocious. I find myself buying tshirts and basics in Tesco etc for convenience, but I really don't want him to be "Man At Supermarket" Grin - he deserves better!
He's dead easy to please, 6' tall, 42" chest and 32/34" waist , so quite easy to buy for, if only I knew where to go!
He's not bothered about labels, but equally doesn't mind labels, as long as he likes what the label is attached to!

Where do male ex-Next shoppers go these days?

Shop properly! Take your action man up doll with you and buy things that look good from wherever..burtons, top man river island, gap, house of fraser...

Loving action man up doll Grin

I should add that I tend to shop online as I hate the act of physically going into shops!

M&S and Debenhams, generally.

Debenhams is well worth walking through if your passing as reduced labels appear on nice shirts if you are lucky.

DH is 42 and shops at Gap, Fat Face, John Lewis, Austin Reed although less there now as the quality is not as good, Crew Clothing, Boden, and sometimes M&S.

TK Maxx and House of Fraser. DH is v well dressed, better than me.
He was 'labelled up' when I met him (I used to tease about the little ponies and writing in everything) 20 years on I admit he was right and it's worth paying for better cut cloth and design.
But as we have less money to spend on clothes now, TK and House of Fraser sales.

Mainly H&M for my 46 yo, sometimes Cos. Works really well for him. Aquascutum and Paul Smith for suits.
