Dress similar to Jay Ahr black ruffle

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone knew of any high street dresses similar in style to this one:

I cannot afford £1000 on a dress...could afford up to £150-200 though.

Failing that, has anyone got any suggestions of what to wear to a uni graduation? In December. I have to wear a black and red gown, and should wear something 'dark' according to the dress code.
I'm short (5ft 1), curvy (size 10-12), and could do with losing half a stone first...
Please help!
