I haven't tried this but I think these hold in things are good. I do think you have to go in and try it first though, as some of them are not very firm iygwim. What dress have you chosen?

Don't know about asda's, but can recommend Spanx.

Pebble i have a pair of spanx knickery things but think this dress needs an all in one.

I'm thinking that dress looks lovely. I don't know what size you are so don't want to be rude, but I would say over a size 12 you would want a bit of support to hold you in.

Im a 10. 5ft6ish very long dark hair, and 30yo.

Do you think i'm too old?

Oh FFS you will look amazing!!!! I am 47 and I still wear stuff I love!!!! You will look great. 30 is young young young!!! Make the most of it. Seriously, 30, 5'6 and a size 10, you won't need the Asda thing!!
