OCM... stinky cloths ? :(

I'm doing the OCM method and really like it but the faff with the cloths is putting me off. Basically once they're all oiled up after a few uses, they're very difficult to clean. Washing machine doesn't cut it... ok I could wash at 90 but I do very few washes at that temp and wouldn't do a separate one for a couple cloths.

I boiled them yesterday and put them up to dry and there were complaints about them stinking out the house :(

Yes of course I could keep buying more but at this rate, I'd be changing em every fortnight, also they're not that easy to get.

Any suggestions?
