Hello
I need some help with a facial routine, I have always just been someone that hasn't really been into the whole facial thing! More of a quick wash in the shower and that is it! But my sister treated me to a facial the other day and I loved it and my skin feels so much better so better so I want to carry it on and here is where I need help!!
I went into boots yesterday and was a bit overwhelmed by everything. So can anyone advise on what I need and any good brands!
I want something that I can do daily then maybe something that I can do once a week?
Last thing when I had the facial she used a lovely warm oil but I didn't ask what it was anybody have any idea?
Thank you

Ah facials they are lush... Unfortunately I can't afford them any more!!

I've always had a facial routine...

Cleanse, tone and moisturise every day.. (Day and night moisturiser).
Eye cream every night too..
once a week exfoliate (massage face) and face mask..

With regards to brands - it really depends on your skin type.. Oily, normal, sensitive etc.

I Use Algologie which is natural products I'm personally not a big fan of Clinique or any of those type of brands.. They don't suit my skin and smell..

Boots No7 does a good range you could start off by trying those products.. Reasonably priced too.. Most good brands will give you samples to try..

Alternatively, call the saloon where you had your facial and find out the products they used as they obviously suited your skin.. But it can be a case of trial and error..

PS also heard that argon (sp?) (Moroccan) oil is good for the skin too.. Because its an oil you only need a small amount.. I would personally only use oil at night as it is probably a bit too shiny for the day.. But I've heard others rave about the effect it has had on their skin...
