Joules £10 voucher con

In the last few weeks I have received 2 £10 off a purchase above £20 vouchers from Joules, both vouchers have failed to work despite being well in date. I emailed them but didn't receive a reply until I had chased them up and by then, what a coincidence [hhmm], both the vouchers had run out.
They have now offered me 15% off a future purchase - not really comparable to their vouchers.
I used to find Joules a really good online shop, although I've read other comments saying their customer service is poor, now I feel really let down.

Yes, a similar thing happened to me, and I've complained about the dire customer service lately from them.
Somebody from customer services told me there had been some glitches since the website changes and they would soon be rectified (e.g. none of my cards work, they are all declined, codes are added then disappear at checkout stage), no sign of things being rectified yet, however.

Had to rejoin mumsnet (more of a lurker these days) to agree. Joules customer service has gone to pot.I emailed twice recently about a problem I had with the Moredale jacket. No reply.I then phoned and the very huffy and sniffy assistant as good as told me I hadn`t a leg to stand on re my complaint.I told her Joules had just lost a customer. She could not have cared less.Maybe we should all email enmass and tell them they are needing to improve their services or suffer the wrath of Mumsnet

I think the clothing quality has gone down hill. I had three tops the same in different colours and all went through in holes and hemlines went wonky. Stopped buying now. Will occasionaly get kids stuff but only when very reduced at the shows.

I will never order from Joules again due to their terrible customer service. If I want to buy Joules clothing, I will buy via John Lewis.

There's a Joules shop in my city so no need to buy online. Good job too as it sounds awful.

That confirms it for me then, I'll give up on them on-line and just have a look in the shop if I'm in Edinburgh or St Andrews. You would think Joules would know better than to incur the wrath of Mumsnet [hgrin].

So i am not the only one! Having problems with my current online order... Dispatch email showed one of my items not on it. I had to call up customer services to find out one of my items not in stock (would be nice to be informed). Tracking information showed delivery was due this morning, parcel not turned up. Again on phone to customer services. They said it should be delivered tomorrow.... we will see!

Joules have now come back and offered me £10 off a £20 (minimum) spend, could this be the power of mumsnet?
But as I need to ring to do this not sure if I can be bothered.
