Leather skinnies. Am I too late? SOB

Went for dinner with a v trendy friend last night. She had the World's Best Trousers on. They were skinny cut softest finest leather but she paid ££££ for them in Zadig & Voltaire in Paris.
I am now obsessed with getting some leather skinny trews. Zara has sold out. Everywhere seems to have sold out in my size. HELP. Am I too late, was everyone else on the leather skinny bandwagon since August?

I had a leather look pair last winter loved them although more like leggings. Everyone admired and thought were real. Jane Norman £20 the shame!

Ok noddy I'll level with you. I'm worried that pleather will be sweaty in The Area. Did that happen to you

I want some too - I had some pleather leggings last year but too cheap and want some decent ones now.

Zara are all sold out, that's the problem. They were around the 200 mark I think which is just about acceptable if I give up some other vices for a while...

Curse you all and your ability to wear black. I loathe black, and it looks shit on me. Have you tried to find leather leggings for under £300 in not-black?

The girl last night was wearing them with a grey jersey t-shirt and a slouchy black cashmere jumper. And sky high ankle boots. All v cool? I think they look better with casual slouchy stuff rather than fancy/dressed up things which can go tarty cheap v quickly

You are not too old. That's ridiculous. Tell him he has no clue what he's talking about
