Girls coats with generous sized hoods?

I am trying to find coats for my DD's that have a decent sized hood - enough so that it will actually cover their heads when their hair is in a ponytail. So far i haven't found any - with the latest dissapointment being beautiful karrimor coats that are perfect in every way.. except the hoods with hair down barely reach my daughters hairlines! This really is a necessity for them as we walk to school and would like them to stay as dry as possible during the wet weather. They are 6 and 5, 6 yr old takes a 7-8 and 5yr old a 6-7 (both tall girls).

Can anyone point me in the direction of this or am i asking the impossible?
Budget is £50 for each DD.
