Something thicker than leggings....treggings??

I'm looking for good quality, thick leggings in a heavier fabric than normal leggings. I did try some M and S treggings but they were terrible, just didn't fit we'll on the leg, baggy etc.

Any ideas where to look? I am 5'3", size 12 with slim legs.

New look do some leggings that have fleece on the inside, seriously cosy! Look like tights from outside but no feet.
