Hair....

I am looking for a mega hair change.... I think
I am about to make a big change in my life so am wanting to change my hair at the same time for a confidence boost. But I am worried it will all go wrong and instead of a boost it will be a kick in the gut

Anyway is it possible to do this cut but with a fringe??

At the moment i have in some places shoulder length hair but it hasn't been cut great recently... I have very thick heavy hair so no that the tapered bob suits me
There is a picture on my profile. My hair is darker at the moment but I am also thinking of going blonder.... Not as blonde as the posh bob but a lot lighter but not sure.

Any hairy advice would be good.
