Can anyone recommend comfy boots for larger of calf?

My d sis is a size 22 and wants some boots but says Evans are uncomfy.. Can anyone tell me where else to try please.

I have very chunky calves and can't recommend Duo highly enough. They are pricey but are also an investment. A staple of my winter wardrobe is a pair of brown heeled boots I bought over 6 years ago, they needed re-soling last winter but apart from that are still going strong.

Another vote for Duo boots here.
As LLB says above, they last for ever and made to fit you exactly. Well worth the ££s

I have some lovely patent least her riding boots I bought in the M&S sale last year, they had quite a few styles that were good for a large calf.
