Help style illiterate plonker for wedding!

I need help, I'm hopeless at dressing myself for nice events, I am fairly skint and I need an outfit for my brothers wedding. I have about 50 quid to spend, am 5ft2 ish, size 16-18 fat big boobs, smaller waist and fat arse. Oh and legs that look like wee tree trunks but I can get away with skirts on the knee, kind of. Colours that suit are midnight blue, jade green, red, black, have blonde hair and brown eyes. Please help!
