Can we have a roll-call of online shops which do free returns?

I've got a thing about paying to send things back which don't live up to their sparkly online promise.

I can just about live with paying for delivery, but obv free delivery AND returns is best.

- Javari tops my list for lovely free-ness (free delivery and returns).
- Debenhams, White Stuff and John Lewis do free returns too.

Lands End and White Company have been crossed off my online shopping list due to their stingy 'get your wallet out at the Post Office' policy.

It you take something into a topshop store they refund your delivery

sweetheart Wed 19-Sep-12 16:58:57

Debenhams have been crossed off my list for their new stupid "you can only return certain things to certain places and some stuff is store returns only" policy!

monkeysmama Wed 19-Sep-12 16:59:29

Zara collect my things for free.

sweetheart Wed 19-Sep-12 16:59:53

I think you have to pay for H&M returns, I've got a box of stuff sitting at home and no returns label (hence why it's still sitting at home and my Gap and dorethy perkins orders have been sent back already!)

monkeysmama Wed 19-Sep-12 17:00:32

Cos do free returns too.

Esprit - Free delivery and free returns.

GraceVentura Wed 19-Sep-12 17:03:21

Ah yes Debenhams returns are a bit of a nightmare now I think of it. Take ages, and they seem to get all confused by the least little thing. At least they make an attempt at being free though (in parts) I suppose.

GraceVentura Wed 19-Sep-12 17:09:23

ooh some ones I haven't heard of <goes off to google the free-ness>

LaVitaBellissima Wed 19-Sep-12 17:10:28

I love Cos but my favourite high street store is most definitely Zara smile
MrsCampbellBlack I love NetAPorter but shop on TheOutnet because it's cheaper

IvanaNap Wed 19-Sep-12 17:14:30

Really sweet? I've returned to H&M twice for free, recently. lookie here

StatisticallyChallenged Wed 19-Sep-12 17:14:47

French connection do I think.
House of Fraser
Amazon also do on some things (useful for bras when you want to try various sizes!)

GraceVentura Wed 19-Sep-12 17:18:06

Lots of great ones here. smile

bigpants103 Wed 19-Sep-12 17:19:24

I was about to say you had to pay for returns to h&M now. I paid for my last two parcels but have phoned up and complained and she emailed me a free returns label to print off when I need one so not sure what the policy is?!!

Rindercella Wed 19-Sep-12 17:22:46

Both of the above have free returns.

Figleaves only if it's not sale stuff. Got caught out twice by that over the summer.

GraceVentura Wed 19-Sep-12 17:37:55

ooh I didn't know that about Figleaves Choccy. Big points off their score then.
