long shot, mary portas sleeve thingys?!

Hi this is a bit of a long shot. A few weeks ago I think it was on this morning or maybe daybreak I saw some sleeve type things by mary portas. Apparently they are like thick tights for your arms and add sleeves to strappy tops. I have horrible arms and find it hard to find nice tops with sleeves.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about!?

If you do are they any good or do they just look geeky?!

I bought one, they arent as good as i expected. In a no sleeeve or cap sleeve top you see your armpits if you raise your arms!!
Its like pulling on a tight black sleeve (like crotchless leggins!) which is joined around the back but dosent cover armpits.
There was another design by a unkown person featured on dragons den which was a much better design but ive not seen it since.

Ballet dancers have been cutting up tights to make these as practice gear for years, it makes me laugh that Mary Portas thinks she invented them!

Goths have been doing this forever. They have the Mary P ones in HoF - they are truly hideous imho. They look cheap and tarty - would rather see bare arms or wear a cardi tbh.

Those look awful I have lots of these which are my perfect cardi - lightweight, drapey but not waterfall and long enough to bum cover. Have recommended them alot to f&f.

They are good in theory, but they slip down during the course of the day, exposing tops of shoulders. Happened to me in a business meeting. Not a good look.
