....as tried it and hated it, just didn't work for me :(

also i don't blow dry or anything like that, i am very much a towel dry and then leave it to its own devices, i don't have the time or inclination!

so just want something i can whack on it when its damp and then just leave it

my hair is prone to frizziness and sadly not as thick and abundant as it was since having DC2 :(

If you can find a hair moisturiser on line start by using it sparingly then add more till you find the right amount for your hair so it doesn't look heavy or greasy.

Also Avon do an amazing serum in an orange bottle called lotus shield and if you have a lot of hair like me you only need very little so it won't break the bank.

Boots Curl Creme (the pink one) - less than two quid and you don't need loads, marvellous stuff.
I also use Tresemme Naturals conditioner as a leave-in, with BCC over the top. My hair seems to like both.

the best thing I've ever tried is Curlesque by Tigi. It was recommended on here by someone and I LOVE it. I get it from Amazon and now in the morning just wet hair a bit and run it through and it looks fab :)

I use herbal essences shampoo & conditioner for frizzy hair. There used to be one for curly hair I think, but I havent found it recently. You can usually get it on promotion too. For Christmas I got the Trevor sorbie beautiful curls shampoo, conditioner & curl cream.

I love Aveda Be Curly - whatever the curl cream is called in that range.

However, for day to day, I just use a dollop of conditioner as curl cream. It works for me - I have to do what you do (towel dry and leave to its own devices) too.

I want to try everything on this thread though.

if you use a towel to dry it, try using an old t shirt instead. It doesn't rough it up as much. I wrap my hair in one after washing, for about an hour, and it really helps keep my hair smooth.

yy to the t shirt - I use an old cot sheet!

I like Bumble & Bumble's Curl Creme - nice even curls, and a little goes a long way.

Waitrose do a curl cream by Tommyguns (Smooth and Finish cream). Works much better than the serums for me.

www.tommyguns.com/pages/products3.html

I wash and condition and brush only when the conditioner is on then after I wash it off I get out of the bath and immediately run my fingers through it to get out any final knots. Then I flip my head upside down and scrunch the ends gently with a towel then flip back and use the cream by scrunching gently on the ends with it the smoothing a little over the top. Works well for me :)

I have ringlet curls and recommend pantene smooth & sleek conditioner, and tigi curls rock. Oh and a denman hair brush (plastic, not bristle) I brush it through my hair when wet and then define the curls a bit more if I want to with fingers. Also I like the phytologie deep conditioner for ultra dry hair (not the jojoba one!) and neutrogena shampoo for dry hair. Didn't get on at all well with Aveda curl creme or the boots pink one.

Oh also to add that the John Frieda frizz ease range did nothing for me, in fact I have never had any luck with a serum at all. tigi curls rock curl amplifier all the way!

Over the years I've tried the Aveda and Bumble & Bumble ranges which are both good, and there used to be an excellent one by Clinique which was sadly discontinued. But now I SWEAR by the Boots pink stuff. I'm the same as you in that I just towel dry my hair and put some product on it, no time for anything more high maintenance, and this does the trick. Plus I love the fact that it doesn't smell strongly and isn't all sticky on my hands. And it's SO cheap!
