lost 14 stone, but have no style

Hi, I had a gastric bypass a few years ago after finding i have an insulin problem. To date i have lost 14 stones, which is amazing and i feel like a new person, (still have lots to go), but i feel at a loss as to what to wear.
I feel that for all of the years before i literally only wore what i could get to fit me, so never really had a choice, then as i was loosing weight, i wore clothes that people gave me, because i was in then for such a short time, it didn't make sense to keep buying stuff.
Now, however, i don't even know what i like, what suites me.....or anything really! I have a three year old, and work full time, so don't have much time or cash, so how do i go about finding me ( in a clothes of image sense). I have always been a great lover clothes, trends etc, and think i have good taste in what looks good on other people, but when it comes to myself i have no idea at all.
Any ideas???

What about a session with a personal shopper? Just to try on loads of stuff with an open mind? Or you could order a ton of stuff and try it on at home, take photos and then review them to see what you like best.
A tip is to take things you love but don't think will suit you into the changing rooms - sometimes you will be pleasantly suprised!

i'm still 20 stone, about a size 22. 5ft 11. so big in all directions. :-), long arms, legs and torso ( i sound like such a freak). with being tall, everyone says i don't look my size, but wear good Gok underwear, but still lumpy and bumpy! Still got a good pair of boobs, Much to my husbands delight!

Wow well done, that is incredibly impressive! I think that you should definitely treat yourself to a shopping day with a personal shopper, I have heard good things about John Lewis and they have a decent range of brands.

i've got blue eyes, bright blonde hair (dyed, easier to control the roots :-)), oliveish skin (italian grandmother).
everything is pretty much in proportion apart from bigger legs, so longish boots wouldn't fit my calves.
I'll have to look into the personal shopper, would love it, but would have to look at prices. It's my 40th in a couple of weeks, so want something nice for the party, have very big arms also, so need to be covered up to prevent knocking people out with bingo wings whilst dancing. !!

Well done on the weight loss.

Personal shopping at the department stores is generally free. I've done it at John Lewis and Debenhams and absolutely no pressure to buy at either of them. And you can always return if it doesn't suit you when you get home.

Try looking at ASOS curve range, really good styles and if you're still losing weight they won't break the bank.. this will be good for your boobs, godet dress or something like this outfit
