It's a sorry state of affairs if a dress needs a cardigan to liven it up Grin

What's the occasion? What's your colouring?

Are you going to order it or do you already have it? If you haven't ordered it think again there are loads of nicer things out there that wont need to be livened up.
If you have it how about some brightly coloured shoes.

Something like these and this or this should de-frump it a bit.

I would order it in either of the blue shades, rather than the grey swirls.

Nah, I think the limestone is the best of the bunch. They're not very exciting, 'tis true, but fine, a good basic IMHO.

Grey is one of my favourite colours for basics, love how versatile it is. A good box of bold accessories helps, I suppose.

I'd wear several wide silver bangles and big silver hoop earrings, or an ethnic necklace like this or this.

I've ordered it but not received it yet. Planning on wearing it at smart work day time do. Like the idea of the silver accessories...I may need a cardigan over it to keep warm!
