Girls night out in trendy Shoreditch - style advice needed!

I'm going out next week to meet old friends who work in fashionable industries for some drinks in a hipster-heavy, trendy Shoreditch bar. I am not entirely sure what to wear - I've been rediscovering my sense of style lately, but this is a bit out of my comfort zone. (I haven't worked in a fashionable industry in around a decade. And I've had three children, while they haven't gone down that route at all..)

I have this dress, picked up in a clearance sale very cheaply recently and not yet worn. I am a tall hourglass - so possibly not as "directional" as the dress is!

Any thoughts on how I should style this? Hair, jewellery, bag, shoes? Jacket will probably be a black leather biker, just because that's what I happen to have...

Do Smoky eyes or vibrant lipstick and hair in a bun on top of head. So put hair in a pony tail on crown, using a thick hairband, back comb your pony tail a bit and wrap hair round and pin it in. Should be not too neat.
Then put on some fake rayban geek glasses and a fishermans wooly hat grin

Ok with that dress in shoreditch I think the key is to avoid looking too naice.

So definitely no court shoes/nice heels. maybe shoe-boots or ankle boots instead if you have any? maybe some patterned tights. Some kind of clashing belt or necklace - red maybe? Agree with jimmy's hair/make up suggestions.

Okay, I think I can do a bun. Messy bun? Right on top, or listing to the back of my head?

I have ankle boots. Phew.

I'd probably go for skinny jeans as a starter in Shoreditch... Maybe with ankle boots, eclectic top and the hair and make-up as described...

Love the dress, wish it wasn't out of stock...
