dressing down leather skirt continued

Following on fron yesterday's musings, and with much gratidude to those who responded, after much shopstyling and googling I have a suggestion for footwear to put forward to the jury. shoes?
Now this brand would indeed be an irregular choice but I wondered might the textured fabric be good with cable tights etc etc. Also they're not too mental...
Would be very intersted in any thoughts. TIA
