what conditioner should i get?

i had the lovely experience this morning of washing my hair and then realising i was completely out of conditioner. cue a bucket load of oil over my hair to try and detangle after the shower.

so i'm off now to get some conditioner. i have bleached highlights and i use a permanent colour once a fortnight. my hair is mid back length (and growing). gets oily at the roots around 2 days after washing. i do have a few split ends. i have been using a combination of tresemme and pantene both for coloured hair.

is there anything you would recommend to keep my hair in good condition.
