Can You Help Me to Find A Pair Of Boots,Please?

I am an hourglass shape,so wear lots of dresses out. I am looking for something to wear with black tights. A bit like these from Topshop,but with a covered platform.
Has anyone seen any? Or can you suggest an alternative?
