Where do I find hoodies with thumb holes for children?

DD will be 5 next month and the only thing she has asked for is a hoody with thumb holes!

Has anyone bought one of these recently and if so where from?

Ideally not too expensive - It's only a jumper! I found one in House of Fraser (think it was a Bench one) but £40 seems a bit steep for a 5 year old. Or maybe IABU and it's not that expensive at all Hmm

Thanks in hope

:)

Have you tried H&M? DS has a fleece from there with thumbholes. It's not a hoody though but they might have more...

ds has also had a zip up hooded fleece from h&m with thumb holes, was a few years ago though.

nailak, they kind of have extra long sleeves with a thumb hole in it so the sleeve covers than hand.

Petit Bateau tend to do them, but they are quite pricey.

Eh? I need a link.

I'm not getting this thumb hole thing.

What's it for?

Hitch hiking?

Hmmm ... Can't see any thumb holey ones on the H&M website, but I'll pop into a store at the weekend. If nothing else, i do love having a nose around H&M Grin Always seem to buy something I didn't know I needed!

Hadn't thought about TK Maxx - Definitely will have a look in their too.

The kids shouldmake the thumb holes themselves. Rough and ready look.

Thumb holes rock! The sleeves are slightly longer so the thumb can poke through. It keeps the hands a bit warmer without gloves, and if you put the over gloves, it helps to keep them in place (and not get lost...)

I think I've seen a fleecy jumper with thumb holes in H&M.

DD has a H&M fleece with thumb holes (bright pink, zip-up but ho hood) but its about 2 years old so they probably don't do that particular one any more

Skiing fleeces generally have thumb holes.

Polarn o pyret do fleeces and a jumper with thumb holes. Bought these last year, so not sure if they'll be in stock now. Pricey.

DD has one from Uniqlo, though I think it is an adult XS rather than a children's one. Lightweight, lots of colours. But that was a few months ago.

How on earth did I get to this age without knowing about thumb holes!?

Cycling tops do usually too.
