glamorous evening dress - pencil/midi length - please find one for me!

I'm (still) looking for a perfect dress to way to a smart evening party. I was going to go for a maxi-length but I'm finding midi/pencil/below knee length dresses more flattering.

I'd like it to have a halterneck or similar - something to show a little cleavage - and be uber uber glam!!!!

Not sure re colour... Maybe black... maybe shiny/sequin/jewels involved....Something very glitzy and gorgeous.

I'm v tall, ok figure on boobs/hips front but would prefer to conceal tummy area a little with some detail of some sort!

Please please help me! I'm going mad trying find on online!

If you're having trouble finding the right dress what about a pencil skirt and top? That way you can mix and match.
