I want something that will see me through until after Christmas. I have a curvey/busty figure but good legs.

I like them in the order you've linked them -crepe, falling leaf then pansy

LukeWarmMomma Tue 04-Oct-11 10:29:28

first dress

Phwooooar Tue 04-Oct-11 10:34:23

Crepe is a beautiful cut for your shape (like mine!) so that and third one. Not keen on falling leaf one.

Phwooooar Tue 04-Oct-11 10:35:28

Oh and would add that first one would look even better if you had it shortened a bit to show more leg!

kitya Tue 04-Oct-11 10:36:53

I did think the length was abit dodgy.

I'd prefer the first one, slightly above knee, then it would look good.

I wouldnt have a clue where to get it taken up. I do think theres some great items in that sale. I bought one of their dresses in the Summer sale and Ive never stopped wearing it.

I like the last one - the other two look a bit mumsy.

I like the first one.

pansy !- 1st one nice shape but to long, 2nd one bit of a nothing really no shape.

The first one.

Go to a dry cleaners or google tailors. Getting a hem taken up is about a tenner. It would still be a bargain.
The other two are a bit country casuals

midoriway Wed 05-Oct-11 13:44:20

pansy and easy choice to make. Getting a hem taken up around me no more than a fiver.

Trills Wed 05-Oct-11 13:57:58

In order:
crepe jersey dress
silk pansy dress
falling leaf

Driftwood999 Wed 05-Oct-11 15:11:37

The first one, a version of the little black dress, legs will still look good with the right shoes, classic and tasteful.

Driftwood999 Wed 05-Oct-11 15:14:04

PS - legs don't have to be on display to look good ifykwim - it's the "suggestion" wink The cut of the dress.

meltedchocolate Wed 05-Oct-11 15:36:12

First one by far. It would be so easy to either shorten yourself (really really easy) or to get it done for you (would be quite cheap) smile
