Suggestions for tights to go with dress

Hi there. I have bought this dress, and need to choose tights to go with it. The dress is quite short and i am nearly 40 and size 12, so definitely need some kind of leg cover! I have chosen electric blue patent high court shoes, rather than strappy sandals, to try to tone it down a bit, so hopefully not looking too old for it.

Should i be going for sheer flesh coloured tights? Matt or shiny? Or something darker...is it possible to get a darker sheer tights with a subtle sparkle running through?

Any suggestions welcomed...ive got a young baby and builders coming today so forgive me if i stop responding for a while!

Ok...no sparkle! I was thinking flesh coloured too,
but didnt want legs to look too bare...hence why i was thinking along the lines of a sheer grey, rather than black or barely black. Thanks yb!
