stay natural or henna?

Had my beautiful long blck hair cut off last year and have been growing all the colour out since then, I now have it completly natural, however my natural colour is a bit boring. it is still red, in a fashion, it is a very muted red, I hhad dyed hair all my adult life and been anything from bright purple to red to black.
Not having my hair dyed makes me feel a bit middle aged, but then it has taken me since last xmas to get rid of the colour to see what natural is like, and people are always commenting on how gorgeous my natural colour is.
hmm what to do.
