I know these Clarks boots have been linked to a few times and they are a bargain in black here

oooh they look nice and I need a new pair of boots - I wish I hadn't deleted any Very offers they might have sent me!

Are they quite slim in the leg or chunky looking?

Wow fab bargain :) I have these on order from someone else for £65

If Very show stock do they definitely send them, or if I order will I get an email in a week saying they can't supply them?

Sorry don't know the answers to either question.

Thank you, thank you, thank you culturevulture! I tried these on this afternoon at Clarks and almost bought them for the full £80 but decided to wait. So glad as I've now ordered them instead. Well chuffed.

To the poster who asked about the fit, they are close fitting on the calf but I have large calves (around 40cm, I think) so may depend on your leg shape. No clue about Very's stock info but really hoping they deliver.

oh why did I have to look at this thread.........I want them now & my size in blk is £45 Confused........I don't necessarily need them but they would be so handy as am no longer bothered by in trends but want somewhat fashionable & comfy

I tried them on today at Clarks. They are definitely tight fitting on me (my calf measures 38cm and am shoe size 5), but they are leather so I'm hoping they'll stretch a bit.

I bought those in tan a while ago and they are really comfortable and lovely. They look a lot more expensive than £45, that's for sure!

Mine had arrived yesterday and I hadn't realised - they had been thrown over the side gate and I think DS must have picked up the delivery card they left - found them this morning! Anyway, I love them, at the price I paid anyway. Have anyone of you sprayed them or are they ok if they get wet?

Mine arrived today. It's my dd's birthday, but I got a present too Smile. Am very happy with my bargain. Thanks again culturevulture.

Lol at everyone hiding them! I'm glad I'm not alone in my smuggling/secreting activity!! it's a blardy big box.

I'm happy about them at the price - v comfortable, lovely leather. A little gapey at the top but I think I can live with that. I may invest in some wellie socks to roll over the top for the colder weather - that would disguise the gap.

Thanks again to the OP!
