Recommendation for moisturizer needed!

As the cashmere robe that I hoped to treat myself to after having DC2 is a bit beyond the family finances right now I was thinking of getting myself some new moisturizer. As I don't really have the time or patience to go around the shops right now (40+3 and very grumpy) I was hoping you clever people would have some recommendations for me.

I'm a blackhead prone, large pore sort of girl and I have been using Clinique Youth Surge for dry skin for a while, but I'm not really in love with it. Last time I found that BFing made my skin very very dry so I'd like something quite rich but not so rich that it causes spots. So, you know, magic cream.

Any recommendations?

TIA

For blackheads i would invest in Liquid Gold by Alpha H, they do nice cleansers and moisturisers too but this is what i use to sort out my pores and give my skin a pick me up. I like their balancing cleanser and rejuvenating cream and got a try me kit from somewhere. Would have been Beautyexpert.co.uk i think.

I have recently started using Aesop's primrose hydrating cream. I love it and genuinely think its made my skin more radiant. It smells divine too. You can buy it online or at Libertys in London. They sell some Aesop stuff at Space NK too but I'm not sure whether they sell this particular cream.

I dont have large pores but do have very dry skin.

I have tried loads of different ones and have always gone back to Clarins for everything skinwise.

Love Elemis pro collagen marine, leaves your skin feeling like silk.

I like Mir face wash and moisturiser - very kind and no nasties. Also Mama Mio Mighty Moisture is good too. I find my skin blocks up with any other products. - but not their face wash - way too harsh.
I've also been using avocado oil to cleanse at night and am liking the results so far.

Hi loads of my customers love Suki tinted moisturiser. Natural looking with natural ingredients - everyone who has tried it loves it!

Liz Earle for me too.... I know it's boring but it's good and not silly prices.

California, doesn't sound like you have dry skin, with large pores and blackheads (mine's the same). So this particular Clinique one may not have been the best choice. Did the Clinique lady recommend it? Sounds like skin is either oily, or combination, so something with a higher water content might be better, and a good SPF.
Clarins do something like 'multi-active SPF 30' or similar, but I noticed that Soap & Glory do what seems to be reasonably liquid moisturiser with a reasonable SPF about the £12 mark.

I use standard Oil of Olay spf 15. But then I am tight thrifty
