Ok so my skinny jeans were apparently too skinny as they've just ripped blush can anyone recommend a shop to get a nice pair of skinny jeans I can afford on a student budget?

New look is great & affordable. I thought it was just for young trendies but it suits even 34 year olds like me. Got a couple of decent pairs at about £12 each!

It was new look that I got my last pair from that ripped, the size up is just too big to wear there.

Dorothy Perkins often have 2 for £25 and iirc do a student discount. They're a bit mumsy for my taste but jeans are jeans and no one can see the label! On that theory, try the supermarkets grin

Yeah maybe asda as I have had George jeans & they have been ok or next in the sale if you're quick off the mark!

Purple - I was going to say DP too.

I am 42 and think DP are great (fit is perfect for me) so the OP's mother and grandmother probably shop there!

Ditto asda jeans. I wear the 'straight' ones though as the skinny ones were just a tad too skinny! They look like skinnies though.

Primark super skinny!!! Only £9 and have loads of stretch in them so I would say size down smile

I would never buy jeans from next again, they always end up dead baggy after a couple of days use. Terrible!

I got mine for £12 in M&S
