Boys winter boots

Looking for a pair of boots for 5yr old DS as an alternative to wellies for playing outside during winter. Last year we had some snowboots from Muddypuddles which were good but their prices seem to have gone up a lot. In an ideal world they'd be waterproof and lined and machine washable, although I think that might be an impossibility!

Jojomamanbebe do snow boots up to size 11 for £14. Am going to buy some for my 3yo dts and nearly 5yo ds. They have good reviews. www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk/sp+snow-boots-in-socks-tights-and-shoes+B6498

They are a good price, do you reckon they're washable/waterproof?

accessorise I'd get your order in soon - I ordered some last week and there was a 3-4 week waiting time then, I'm assuming as it gets colder that'll get longer

Someone has said they've washed them in reviews, looks promising!

Thanks, I was wondering if I could wait until October but maybe not! Dp thinks I'm bonkers but last dec was so miserable when the dc were cold!

I bought these Trespass ones for my ds last year, initially they were great, just like very warm inslated wellies, but after about maybe three months they were no longer waterproof, not sure if we just got a sonny pair or my da just destroyed them.

Apologies for the typos, I am using my phone, autocorrects everything! Sonny equals dodgy or rubbish, da is ds.

I think I will be going to the independent shoe shop to get him expensive but really warm waterproof boots that are a better fit this year - need to go soon I think stock comes in this month and they sell out quickly.
