Please diagnose me: what season might I be?!

I am becoming increasingly obsessed with finding out what season I might be. Having always considered the whole colours malarky rather 'older lady with scarves' I've been converted by a friend who is now a colours disciple and always looks amazing, and by all the threads and advocates on here.

I'm definitely going to have a consultation but am currently 20 weeks pregnant and would rather wait until after baby is born. Ideally I'd like to combine the colours consultation with a style session, though not sure where to go for that. Any recommendations welcomed - I'm in the East midlands but could travel.

In the meantime, any suggestions about what I might be would be very, very gratefully received. I'd love to know what to favour and avoid and to organise and prune my (overflowing) wardrobe accordingly!

I've got pale, freckly skin, light blue/green eyes and naturally mousy hair which I highlight and wear as slightly streaky blonde. I have pink undertones in my complexion if that's relevant!

Any ideas at all? Many, many thanks!

Are the veins on your wrist greeny looking or bluey?

I would say they are blue/purple. Any thoughts?

If bluey, then prob one of the cool seasons, summer or winter. You sound more like a summer to me but I haven't done the training, and obv haven't seen you in the flesh! The experts will tell you it's much more complicated than just going by hair and eye colour etc though. No idea whether that's all just flannel!

it's really no point trying to diagnose yourself - most people seem to find out they're a totally different season to the one they thought they were once they go and get draped.

search on House of Colour's website for a consultant near you and go and get draped. it's worth the money as you'll save on wrong purchases down the line.

for me the lightbulb really went on after the style day - a month or so down the line from it, i already have the makings of a wardrobe where i can just grab a few things and know they'll work together and will look good.
