Petite clothing for 70 plus - where is good please?

I'm just having a Gok Wan session with my gorgeous darling mum. She's 73 this weekend, a size 16 and 5 ft tall.

We need to try and get her some nice plain trousers that she feels comfortable but also confident in and try some plain more fitted knee length skirts. Plus some autumn / winter tops.
I've looked on line at good old M&S, John Lewis etc with not much luck.

What stores / makes are good please for this age group petites?
