£5 off no7 - what to buy???

I know this has probably been done before but I need reminders! I have had some very successful and some utterly awful purchases from No7 in the past so would love some tips. I'm particularly into mascaras and nail varnish at the moment, but would welcome all suggestions. TIA

I use the cleanser that you take off with the cloth from there. Last time they did the voucher thing I stocked up. What about a Poppy King lipstick or lipgloss

Ooh yes, Poppy King sounds good - normally quite pricey so may treat myself! Have heard good things about Lash Adapt as well Mrs.

Good idea for a thread.

Am watching as I also have a voucher that I don't know how to spend....

There's always the nail varnish, at £7 a bottle you only have to add £2.
I quite like the fake tan stuff they do.

The very nice lady on the till kept giving me vouchers and putting all my stuff through seperately so I got £5 off each item. I got some fake tan, lash adapt mascara and a couple of eyeshadows. Very chuffed!

Isla, that's true and they do have nice colours. I remember someone on MN saying their nail varnish is awful though - have you used it and would you recommend?

I've bought 3 individual Stay Perfect eyeshadows and one eyeshadow trio so far. They are a nice texture and last most of the day. I got neutral colours.

I've Been stocking up on nappies and milk to get the vouchers. I was waiting on them doing £5 off again so I could restock my make-up bag :o

I just bought one of their nail varnishes with the voucher offer, have never used it before though so can't comment on how good or not they are.
I quite like the body wash and moisturiser thing they do in the peachy coloured bottles.

Been using No7 vouchers to revamp make up bag and is very good value for money with vouchers.

The thing I love most about No7 is that most products come with some sort of applicator which saves you having to buy separate brushes and tools.

Recently bought eyeliner in brown and black - both excellent and come with little foam tip on the other end to smudge.

Also brown pencil which comes with a spoolie/brush on the end - would highly recommend but quite pigmented iyswim so go easy on application unless you actually want to look like an extra from TOWIE

Face powder good, quite sheer and just enough to take shine off

Mineral blushers (comes with very good quality brush), gives a very natural blush and stays put all day, one little pot lasts well over a year

Skin illuminator - this was created by Lisa Eldridge (the make up artist of off 10 years younger, she does Sophie Dahl's makeup etc) and gives a lovely dewy finish (and again comes with it's own integral application brush).

The new mascara they have brought out is really goo, you can layer it up without it clumping, their eyeshadow is really lovely and the kohl liner is really soft, also love the nail varnish!

Would second recommendations for lash adapt mascara. Nail polishes are good quality but I always find them a little metallic which imho looks a little dated, 'flat' shades look a little more modern I think. Topshop nail polishes are super and only £5 a pop for shades similar to Chanel etc

Having had a look on the website, I agree about the nail polishes henrythecat! Hate that frosted metallic look, just not for me. Think will spend voucher on mascara and checkout Topshop polishes.
Thanks everyone!

I rate their microdermabrasion scrub - it's amazing! makes my skin so smooth and glowing. they do a body scrub version too which is great too

just to add the nail polish I bought was "beanie" & it is not frosted or metallic as I hate them like that, look so dated this has a glossiness to it but nooooooo frosting or metalliciness :o

I love the Protect and Perfect INTENSE that goes under moisturizer.

Another vote for: the microdermabrasion scrub, Beanie or Dollar nail varnish; the metallic eye pencils, the Hot Cloth Cleanser, the precision eye liner brush.

Thehusbands, I had a look at the 'Beanie' polish yesterday - it is fab! I didn't get it as I have a Rimmel grey colour that looks a lot like it. Went for 'Lash Adapt' in the end but have got another voucher now so may buy the 'Tempress' nail colour. Thanks for advice x
