Evening dress to make my bum look good/bigger

Yes, I know it's an unusual request but I do actually want to make a feature of my bottom as I've done a lot of exercises and it's looking pretty darned good, if I may say so. DH is also a 'bottom' man so he would appreciate the effort.

I have an evening awards event in October, smart rather than black tie, and I need a va-va-voom frock. Budget up to a couple of hundred but less would be nice. Long or short, the only stipulation is not strapless, and preferably not strappy or backless.
