New, sexy perfume?

I usually wear Chanel No 5 and have been a life long fan. I also have a bottle of narcisso rodrigues that I quite like too but I want something new and sexy for a lot of evening things I have coming up. Any recs? Cheers.

I think Vivienne Westwood 'Boudoir' is quite sexy - certainly a lot of men I know seem to like it and I get lots of compliments when I wear it.

If you are a Chanel fan, have you tried Coco or Allure?

Also Angel by Thierry Mugler is evening-y and IMO sexy!

Guerlain perfumes are the business-Samsara,Shalimar or Mitsouko. Estee Lauder also good-Knowing,Youth dew or Sensous. All strong and sexy imo.

Black Orchid is gorgeous, as is his rather more expensive Neroli Portofino.

Feminite du Bois, which has a thread title of it's own today is very sensuous too.

Other favorites of mine are Prada's Infusion d'Iris, and Amber and for something more floral Chanel's Allure Sensuelle, which is the one most men seem to comment on out of all the ones I wear.

I found black orchid very sweet. Delish but not for me.

I've just bought the Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille which is deeeeevine. Slightly unisex so maybe not for you OP. Said to be TF's favorite of his scents. I feel very sexy when I wear it.

I didn't like Black Orchid - ended up ebaying it infact.

For pure sex appeal, you can't beat Dolce & Gabbana (the original in red velvet box). It is woman.

I'm loving all these suggestions. The only perfume I've ever really loved was one I made myself at a 'make your own perfume' shop in Glastonbury. Unfortunately the shop has closed down and I have lost my recipe - it was nearly all very heavy base notes with only a couple of middle and top notes. As DH commented, it smelled like sex would smell if it was a perfume (not actually smelling like sex!)

Oooh PinotsWolefCubs I lived in D&G Red for years! Always got good comments from random strangers . Haven't worn it since I had the DC as it's now too much for me in the daytime, and reminds me of heady nights out in my twenties filled with booze, cigarettes and being 'on the pull'! Makes me very nostalgic when I do smell it.

The Jo Malone Oud & Bergamot really reminds me of it, but is different enough that it still makes me feel extremely sexy (like the D&G did), but without the instant head-trip back to my fondly remembered wildly irresponsible student nights out!

MrsKitty - we are one and the same! I still have about a third of a bottle but it's a rare night out that gets it sprayed nowadays (3 DC and am SAHM). Still - I love provoking the memories!!

I got some Prada Amber for women recently, which is a very sexy 'grown-up'-feeling sort of perfume. It will work well if you are a Chanel No.5 fan, I think.
