Lash enhancer make up, anyone had this done?

Have just had lunch with a friend who has and it looks amazing if you had asked me a week ago would i have any permanent make up i'd have said no way but now I think i'd give it a go. Can anyone tell me how much roughly and does it hurt? I can't find much on the internet about it in my city but friend had it done in Manchester and would be willing to travel.
