Anyone got a saress (sarong dress) and can advise on sizing? And where did you buy yours from?

Saw people wearing sarong-dresses on holiday this year, they're fab and would really like one... seen a couple I like here. If you have bought from this site, would appreciate your advice on sizing. I am a 14, but more towards a 12 than a 16. Unfortunately their sizes are 10 - 12 (which is probably too small) or 14 - 16 (which is probably too big).

Would be also interested to hear if there are other providers out there, done a quick internet search and not finding anything, but saw a couple of Dutch girls with some fabulous ones...
Thanks

Depending on where and when you want it for, I've seen them a lot in resorts. It might be worth waiting until you get there, as I paid 10 Euro for them both.

I bought two from a man on a beach in Italy - one navy blue, and one white. I've worn them lots - I got a Medium and I'm a size 10, but I could have gone down to a Small probably.

I got the bigger size to avoid clingy fabric over the tummy region, so depending on where you carry weight, maybe go up. I'd say the larger of boob and hip would be fine with the lower size, but the larger of tummy should consider going up. I don't know if these were the same make though - they do look the same.

thanks GraduallyGoingInsane.... we're back from this year's hols now, but sounds like they'd be way cheaper abroad. I was thinking of buying some for Christmas presents for friends & family, but if you can get them so much cheaper abroad, then probably not a good idea. THanks.
