So for reasons beyond my control and which will be of very little interest to you, I am marooned far beyond reach of any actual shops with one pair of jeans which are just about to burst through at the knee and nothing else to put on. In order to avoid a lengthy delay to an already complicated travel itinerary (inc. plane, train, bus AND ferry) I've realised that the only thing I can do about it is order some jeans tonight to be delivered to my final destination.
Have never bought jeans online before and am a bit nervous, but having scrutinised all jeans threads decided that Topshop Marthas probably the safest bet in the circumstances. (Is that right? Anyone want to tell me otherwise? Am 40, size 10, a bit rectangular and podgy of tum but feeling v frumpy in my old bootcuts and wanting something more contemporary - proper skinnies make me look like a twat, though)
Having bitten the bullet, I'd quite like to make it worth while, and order something else to make up the £80-worth I need to get free postage and returns - but I haven't got a clue what to get in Topshop - had a quick look at t-shirts (surely everyone needs tshirts?) and all I could see were odd shaped things with tigers or diamante on.
Any and all suggestions v welcome - so long as it's something I'd stand half a chance of actually getting some use out of!

Emergency Topshop Marthas order - what else shall I buy to get free postage?

Buy a 2nd pair of marthas? I have just bought 2 pairs and now need to exchange one for a smaller size but they don't do sodding exchanges online. Something to be aware of
